The STC-1000 is a the most common design for 1-stage digital temperature controllers. The controller works as a relay to turn on/off the heating or cooling device depending on the temperature measured through the probe (included). This 12V DC, 10A version is used in battery- and solar-powered applications with relays that can handle 220V AC (max 10A): fans in sheds, fish tanks, aquariums, brewing or fermentation processes, cold rooms etc.
