BC547B Transistor
The BC547B Transistor suitable for use in driver and output stages of audio amplifier, low noise input stages of tape recorders, Hi-Fi amplifiers and signal processing circuits of television receivers.
The BC547B Transistor is a general-purpose transistor in a small plastic package. It is used in general-purpose switching and amplification 45 V, 100 mA NPN general-purpose transistors.
For higher switching capabilities it is recommended to use the IRFZ44N Mosfet.
